Free standing building, contrasting volumes of which are massed to create hierarchy of its appearance, dominates local surroundings. Basic shapes endow the building with modest monumentality serving well the purpose of social and cultural purpose of the gallery. Elevated entrance floor gives impression of a building flying above the ground. The sphere sticks out over the houses around. Interior of the sphere for exhibitions is devided by three floors with large circular hall in the centre so that the feeling of the sphere space is perceptible both from exterior and interior.
