One of the four inner blocks, which make the core of the housing estate. House is located on the west fringe of the area and makes, alongside with the house on the opposite side of the street, sort of an entrance gate to the estate.
The house articulates space of the main street leading to the square with the terminus underground stop. Fronts of the house gain plasticity through balconies and arcades with different appearance of main and side fasades.. Opennings through which the sky can be seen at the top give the solid block light appearance.
